Cancellation Policy
The period of cancellation of online orders without penalty is 12 hours. Any order cancelled after this period
will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. However, products specially ordered for your project, high-end items (acrylic, crystal, etc.)
and custom products are not refundable after said deadline.
Requests to cancel an order must be made in writing and are subject to our authorization.
Canceled orders will be billed for work done up to the time of authorization by Publicités PRT or Reprocité.
Examples of non-refundable products or services:
- Prepress services (file preparation for printing or customizing your products).
- Products purchased that are specifically for you and that cannot be resold to a third party or returned to the supplier.
Damaged Products
If the buyer has commissioned Publicités PRT or Reprocité to choose a means of transport for him and if at the time of delivery,
the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the customer must check the condition of the products. If they have been damaged,
the buyer must refuse the package and note the reason on the delivery note. The customer must indicate on the delivery note and in handwritten form,
any anomaly concerning the delivery.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact Customer Service and the claim process will be explained to you in detail.
This must be done within five (5) days of receipt, so that the appropriate claims are filed, and replacements to be shipped.

Rewards are customized products and cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final and therefore non-refundable.
Return will be accepted if the print does not match to what you have approved or if the delivered products have
manufacturing defects. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns are possible without prior authorization and return number provided by Publicités PRT or Reprocité.
Any return of merchandise for claim purposes must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
The claim may be made by phone at 418-843-1349 or 418-842-7393 Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm or by email or by completing the product returns form.
Any claim or return not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account
and release the seller from any liability vis-à-vis the customer.
